What area are you available?
Remember the Chef Cucina Italiana caters to the Pinal and Maricopa Counties, as well as Tucson.
How does payment work?
For orders placed more than 60 days in advance, a 20% non-refundable deposit must be made. For orders placed within 60 days of the day of the event, a 50% deposit is requested. The balance is due on the date of the event.
Remember the Chef Cucina Italiana accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also will accept a check for your deposit. We request that final payment be made with a credit card or cash.
Do I have to return the trays to you, if applicable?
This will depend on the type of service you contract with us. In most instances, there will be a deposit for returnable trays left behind. That deposit will be refunded, once the trays have been returned.
Am I limited to only what's available on the menu?
Absolutely NOT! Chef Giancarlo thrives on a challenge or creating new and custom menu items. Just let us know what you are feeling and I’m sure you’ll be more than pleased with the dish you get!
Do I have to choose one of the packages from your website?
No, actually, we customize the catering package, not only to your needs, but to the event type you are having. Need help in creating your custom package? No worries. That’s what we are here to help with!
How often do you update your menu?
Since our clients sometimes prefer ordering items that are not on our menu, we are constantly updating our menu to reflect such special dishes that went over well at these events! Look for updates approximately every 6 months.
Do you deliver the food, or do I need to pick it up?
Arrangements can be made for pick up or delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
If we are catering within 20 miles of the Phoenix area, there will not be a delivery charge, but we ask that orders reach a minimum of $300. All other orders over $1,000 will have free delivery with a 50 miles radius of Phoenix.
