Executive Chef
Chef Giancarlo Stefanutto was born and raised in Tuscany, Italy. He grew up in a restaurant environment from an early age and was passionate about cooking. He started his career as a Chef in Italy in 2003.
Chef expanded his culinary horizon in France where he was an Executive Chef for All Seven Group, a private, luxury yacht group. In 2006, Giancarlo moved to Germany, where he opened 2 of the most successful and largest restaurants in Lower Saxony; Café Puccini and Borgo dei Medici with his Italian business partner. He moved to Tucson and started his new restaurant venture ‘La Mia Toscana’, before settling in Phoenix and becoming Manager for PRG and General Manager at one of their many locations.
Chef Giancarlo has collaborated with world-known VIP chefs to create special menus for Grand Openings in both Europe and right here in Phoenix. He has worked and continues to work as a private chef for individuals planning romantic dinners for two to working with Event Planners to cater corporate events ranging from 10-500 in attendance.
Chef Giancarlo is working to bring an authentic piece of Italy to special events and date nights by catering private event. He enjoys experimenting with new dishes, so if you are in the mood for a menu item you don’t see here, just ask
